Nature Now 360 is a nature magazine for kids, where they can see real animals up close! Throughout each issue are “hidden” QR codes that anyone with a smartphone can scan to watch videos that match up with the content on the page.

Some things I love:

  • print projects
  • animals
  • nature
  • kids

Working with Erik “The Reptile Guy” Callender has been a real dream come true! Erik supplies some amazing photography and text, and together we make a beautiful printed (and digital) issue every few months.

For the first issue, I provided some photography, as well as an article about raising a monarch butterfly with my kids!

It was fun to constantly move back and forth between photo-editing, graphic creation, and text layout, with quite a bit of on-the-spot proofreading.

I also designed our logo/nameplate.
